By using this website you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. It is therefore important that you read them carefully. If for any reason you do not agree with them, or you are in any doubt as to the meaning and effect of these terms and conditions, we suggest you exit this website.

Free Trial

Customers may sign up for a single free trial period of up to 7 days. During this period customers will have access to various areas of Heavenly Horizons. Signing up to the free trial period provides no obligation to join. All specified terms and conditions of Heavenly Horizons apply during the trial period. Clients may cancel the trial at any stage.

MEMBERSHIP

To become a member of Heavenly Horizons you need to complete the online Heavenly Horizons membership application form. You may sign up to become a member for a membership term of 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Your membership with Heavenly Horizons will continue for the duration of the term of your membership and the period of any renewal, subject to the termination of your membership in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Personal Information

You warrant that the information you supply with your membership application form is your current and accurate [name, address, telephone number and email address]. You agree to ensure that Heavenly Horizons is at all times updated with your current personal information. We may contact you to verify your personal information from time to time.

Our Fee

Heavenly Horizons charge a membership fee to become a member. Our membership fee varies depending on the subscription plan. Our current membership fees are displayed on the subscription plans. We reserve the right to change our membership fees at any time.

Membership ID and Password

On completion of the membership registration process you will be emailed your Heavenly Horizons [membership ID and password]. These will be emailed to the email address provided in your membership application.

Membership Renewal

We will send a reminder email to the email address provided in your membership application when your subscription is due to expire. You may renew your membership for a membership term of 3, 6 or 12 months.

Termination of Membership

You acknowledge that Heavenly Horizons may terminate your membership at any time without notice, if in our absolute and sole discretion we determine that it is reasonable or necessary for any reason whatsoever, or you have breached these terms and conditions or any other agreement that may exist from time to time between you and Heavenly Horizons.

If your membership is terminated in accordance with these terms and conditions, you will not be entitled to a refund of any membership fee or other fees paid by you to Heavenly Horizons.

Security of your Membership ID/Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your membership ID and password. You agree not to disclose, transfer or sell your membership ID and/or password to any person.

You agree to immediately notify Heavenly Horizons of any unauthorised use of your membership ID and/or password as soon as you become aware of such unauthorised use. You further agree to ensure that you correctly logout from your membership account with Heavenly Horizons at the end of each session. We suggest that you use particular caution when using your membership ID and password from a public or shared computer.  If you share your computer with others, we suggest you disable any auto-sign in feature.

On receipt of such an email your old membership ID and/or password will automatically expire and Heavenly Horizons will issue you with a new membership ID and/or password. These will be emailed to the email address provided in your membership application.

GENERAL RULES

General

You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that are conducted through your membership with Heavenly Horizons.

Material on this Website

You are solely responsible for any material that you post on this website or transmit to other Heavenly Horizon members.

Heavenly Horizons reserves the right to review and remove any material posted on this website at any time without notice, if in our absolute and sole discretion we determine that such material breaches these terms and conditions or any other agreement that may exist from time to time between you and Heavenly Horizons.

You may not post any material that: 

• May be offensive to users of this website or Heavenly Horizon members, including, but not limited to, material that promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any person or group;
• Constitutes a profile or includes photographs of any person without that persons permission;
• Harasses or advocates harassment of another person or group;
• Involves the transmission of "junk mail", chain letters, unsolicited mass mail or "spamming";
• Promotes information that you know to be false or misleading;
• Promotes illegal activities or contains threatening, obscene, defamatory or libellous material;
• Promotes the illegal or unauthorised copying of another person's copyrighted work, for example providing pirated computer programmes, pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• Contains restricted or password/s only access pages, or hidden pages and images;
• Provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy or providing or creating computer viruses;
• Solicits passwords or personal information that may identify a person for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• Involves commercial activities and/or sales without the prior written consent of Heavenly Horizons. For the sake of clarity such commercial activities include any contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes.
• Includes any telephone numbers, mobile phone numbers, street addresses, last names or email addresses, which might identify any person;
• Contains advertising to other social functions or networking for commercial purposes. 

Prohibited Activities

You agree to use this website in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct.

You may not: 

• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Stalk or otherwise harass any person;
• Represent to any person that any statement you make on this website is endorsed by Heavenly Horizons without our prior written consent;
• Damage, interfere with or harm this website or attempt to do so;
• Use any robot, spider site, search, retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process in order to retrieve, index, "data mine" or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of this website;
• Post, distribute or reproduce on this website in any manner whatsoever, any copyrighted material, trademarks or other intellectual property or proprietary information without the prior written consent of the owner of such intellectual property or proprietary information;
• "Frame" or "mirror" any part of the Heavenly Horizons website without our prior written consent;
• Use metal tags or codes or other devices containing any reference to Heavenly Horizons or this website in order to direct any person to any other website;
• Transmit or post any material which constitutes or encourages conduct that could be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability or otherwise be contrary to or infringe the rights of any other person;

Restriction on email use

In order to protect Heavenly Horizon members from unauthorised advertising or solicitation, Heavenly Horizons reserve the right to restrict the number of emails which a member may send to other members in any 24 hour period.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for all your interactions with other Heavenly Horizons members. Heavenly Horizons reserves the right to monitor disputes between you and other members, but we are under no obligation to do so.

FEES AND ACCOUNTS

Payment

You acknowledge that all purchases with Heavenly Horizons are final.  Our membership fees are non-refundable. You acknowledge that by providing Heavenly Horizons with your payment information you authorise us to bill your credit card for the amount of your membership fee [as specified in the membership application form]. You further authorise Heavenly Horizons to bill your credit card for the amount of your membership fee upon each renewal of your membership.

Privacy

Heavenly Horizons collects personal information about you through your use of this website and your membership. We reserve the right to use any personal information you supply to us for the purposes set out in our privacy policy. While Heavenly Horizons endeavours to ensure that this website is available 24 hours a day, we do not warrant or represent that the services provided on this website or any website to which this website provides a link will be uninterrupted or free from any viruses or other destructive components.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend access to this website at any time without notice in the case of a system failure, maintenance or repair of the server, or if in our absolute and sole discretion we determine that it is reasonable or necessary for any reason whatsoever. Our pastor is not a substitute for professional or medical advice.

We reserve the right to refer you to Government or professional agencies or groups, if in our absolute and sole discretion, we consider it appropriate. 

You acknowledge and agree that we may record details of your correspondence with our pastor.  If we consider it appropriate, we may disclose details of your correspondence with us to the police or any other appropriate Government or professional agency or group.

Our pastor will only be available between the hours displayed on the pastor section of this website.
